I have been servicing the Dallas community since 1997. I have a passion to fix vehicles that people or other shops seemed to have a hard time with. I would never let a car overwhelm me but stuck with it until the problem was solved. It didn't matter what kind of car I worked on or how expensive, they're all the same in my eye. I treat everyone with the same attentive detail and every customer the same. With Respect. It didn't matter how much money they had or could afford to pay. They came to me for help and I would not let them down. Integrity takes a long time to earn but only moments to loose. 

To be successful in this business the customer and thier issue must matter to you where you will do everything possible to address their concern.  I love helping others. It requires a servant heart. It's not about the money. That comes as a reward for doing the right thing.

Develop a platform to provide a much-needed service in the automotive industry directly benefitting the growth and development of the underprivileged and disadvantaged in the Dallas area and to include the surrounding subdivisions and nearby cities.

The automotive industry has a shortage of experienced diagnostic technicians. The advanced skills required to work on the modern vehicle require specific knowledge of systems that work together and share data within the various “networks” built into their electronic systems. Long gone are the days of simple fixes such as replacing the spark plugs or a fuel filter. It takes special skills to understand how to diagnose the problems coming in the bays accurately as opposed to “throwing parts at it “hoping your guess was correct.

Our vision here at AR Diagnostics & Restoration is to establish an inhouse training facility and apprenticeship program to assist the local shops brush up on their skills by providing evening training courses and eventually offer a fulltime classroom environment to work with entry level students seeking a rewarding trade that’s affordable to attend as opposed to the more expensive technical training schools with very high tuitions.

I have found most mechanics would love to learn to new technology buy can’t “quit their day job” to learn so they continue to make it by as best they can watching YouTube videos and seeking advice through the various chat rooms and forums out in the field.

We want to change that. Teach the fundamental strategies needed to advance into the more complex areas found on most every car today. Our 10,000 sq ft facility will offer classroom time and shop time in a fully functioning shop with everyday real-world problems. We get vehicles in every day other shops could not fix or fixed incorrectly causing the customer to waste their hard-earned money paying for a service that didn’t fix the problem. We’ve all been there. Not everyone can afford to take their car to the dealer and even then, they might keep it a few weeks getting to it. Why? What they won’t tell you is they have a hard time finding good techs as well. An experienced “A” tech today can easily make upwards of 6 figures, but they are scarce and hard to come by. I have the same problem finding them even today.

Our goal is to change that by teaching the principal strategies at an affordable price the average mechanic can afford and the entry level mechanic can pursue while working at the same time.
